DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, however this may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods. 
We currently ship to the following countries:
  • England
  • Wales
  • Scotland
  • Ireland
  • Jersey
  • Guernsey
  • Isle of Man
But we are working hard to be able to offer delivery to a wider selection of countries in the very near future. 

 

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed when items are placed in your shopping bag.

 Methods of Delivery

All orders are sent by APC courier service. As our couriers will require a signature on delivery, if you are not normally at home during the day please supply an alternative address such as your work address, or instructions on where your parcel can be safely left, for example with a neighbour. A card will be left to re-arrange delivery if no one is at home to receive your order.

Delivery Times

We aim to have all items within 2-4 working days.

 

RETURNS

We offer exceptional customer care and will happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition with all original packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Please therefore use adequate packaging to protect your package during transit.

Simply fill in the returns form indicating what you are returning and why you have decided to return it, and send it back to us at BARDOT LTD, Claston Farm, Dormington, Hereford, HR1 4EA


Faulty Items

All BARDOT products are 100% handmade by artisans around the world. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, there may be minor flaws & imperfections, which we believe add to the charm and beauty of the items and helps tell their unique story. Unfortunately however manufacturing faults can occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty or it is not the item you have ordered we are happy to offer a full refund once we have received and inspected the returned goods. Please notify us via email customerservice@bardotliving.com within 5 working days if you believe the item you have received to be faulty.

Cancellations

If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible on customerservice@bardotliving.com . If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

We cannot accept responsibility for any returned items being lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.
